Pearl had always looked for and longed for The Perfect Spot. Of all the places she could possibly be, the only place she wanted to be—even more than with Blanche—was with The Great Gardener’s Son. She knew Blanche would be there with Him, but Pearl simply wanted to be next to Him with all her heart.

Pearl gave me some wise advice when she said, “Whatever you do, like writing or illustrating, you need to do it in A Perfect Spot with Jesus. He will help you.”

And with that, Pearl and I began our new challenge here on WordPress. Pearl has “A New Spot for Pearl,” and together, we have a new start with new fans!
